high-quality low-carbon stainless steel or other materials that have
been verified not to pollute the water quality. The equipment for

(6) The storage period of purified water should not be more than 24 hours.

Technical characteristics of EDI ultrapure water equipment
1. The system adopts full automatic control (manual control is also
possible), and the automatic backwash and regeneration programs can be
set when the system is running;
2. The first-level reverse osmosis and the second-level reverse osmosis
are equipped with return pipes, and the reverse osmosis equipment is
equipped with chemical cleaning devices and disinfection devices;
3. A PH adjustment device is installed between the first-level reverse
osmosis and the second-level reverse osmosis to ensure that the
conductivity of the equipment's water meets the requirements of the
pharmacopoeia; 4. The second-level reverse osmosis membrane adopts a
positively charged anti-pollution reverse osmosis membrane to ensure
that the reverse osmosis equipment can operate stably for a long time;
5. The first-level reverse osmosis pipeline is made of 304 stainless
steel, and the second-level reverse osmosis is made of 316L stainless
steel;
6. Online conductivity detection instruments are installed in the
first-level reverse osmosis and the second-level reverse osmosis
equipment, and the conductivity of the produced water can be viewed at
any time; 7. A low-pressure protection switch is installed before the
first-level reverse osmosis, and a low-pressure protection and
high-pressure protection switch are installed before the second-level
reverse osmosis;
8. The recovery rate of the first-level and second-level reverse osmosis
water can be adjusted, the recovery rate of the first-level reverse
osmosis is 60%-65%, and the recovery rate of the second-level reverse
osmosis is 70%; 9. All pre-treatment devices are imported original
parts; the pipelines between pre-treatment equipment are made of UPVC
pipes.
10. The purified water storage tank is equipped with a breathing filter,
and the delivery pipeline is equipped with an ultraviolet sterilizer
and a microporous filter to ensure that the pure water meets the hygiene
requirements.
